We continue our series of short interviews with Svetlana Bodrenkova. Svetlana Bodrenkova is an interview expert and corporate coach at EPAM Systems.
She has 15 years of experience working in the IT sector, progressing from HR through to service management and then, in 2019, establishing herself as a corporate trainer.
She has been conducting training sessions in interview techniques since 2011 when she was working in HR. She then established and managed a corporate service, CV & Interview Support, which “trains” engineers on how to demonstrate their technical expertise to clients.
