Career and Entrepreneurship business trainer. Has worked his way up from an engineer to a Technology Director (CTO) for the first 7 years of his career. For the last 10 years he has been working in management and business development of the TETICS School of IT Managers. Today his tasks are attracting investments, creating organizational and legal structures to fulfil the tasks of scaling up and business development.

Why does something new always appear in some companies, the product gains some unique properties, clients recommend you to other clients and come to you again and again, while in other companies the process and the product seem to be frozen in the past?
We often hear from our customers that their employees do not think about the project strategy and do not see the connection between the goals of the business and their day-to-day actions. From employees themselves we hear that the business doesn't see and doesn't take their ideas. The business loses the best people because it does not use their potential, which could qualitatively change the product or services you provide.

What format of training to choose for solving our problems?
What if we train our employees, and they leave afterward?
We answer these questions and help to find a solution so often that it has become obvious that it needs to be discussed with our audience. These questions are really important for anyone planning training for their employees.
We assemble programs for each request. When the content of the program is ready, the most important question of our clients arises - which training format to choose? What will be effective for our employees - to conduct a training or choose a long-term program with practice? What if our employees don’t have previous experience studying systematically in long-term programs (especially online)? What if we choose a long-term program, allocate the working time for training (during several months!), train our employees, and they will quit and go to “benefit” other companies?
