Why can we talk about it and teach it?

Because for 10 years we have been changing the format of thinking of managers and bosses and we know how to make such programs.

Because this is our real experience. The path that we have passed ourselves. These are not fantasies like “what it should be”, nor promises like “everyone will become businessmen tomorrow”. This is a practice of changes, mistakes and developments: from the start 10-12 years ago, living in this format, and the experience of raising money for scaling up and growth. This program is the experience of those people who changed themselves step by step, monitored what worked and what did not, went through the stages of entrepreneurial development and got to the stage of attracting joint-stock capital.

Together, our experience in accompanying our clients' changes and our own experience of these changes form the basis of the project.

It seems to me that in any business it makes sense to listen to those who have their personal experience.
Vyacheslav Pankratov, Managing Partner of the School of Managers

What is a mindset upgrade?

What is the difference?

People don't change immediately. People are exceedingly resilient systems. If a person was doing something for a long time, and it brought him a result, this story is imprinted in his head as clear and safe.
A person gets a job, goes to work and performs certain tasks. He receives a salary, comfort and stability in return for this.

Doing this for a certain time, he gets well-formed connections: in order to get what he wants (money or what we get with its help), he needs to do what he did before, what led to this result. Writing codes, learning a new framework, doing more manual work, or devoting time to work.

To change the habitual way of thinking, you need to understand how it is formed, and why it is such a difficult structure.
We think basing on the experience we have
If such a specialist wants to start his own business, the first thing he will start to think about is the solution of the problems he faced personally, and what amount he can start from.

For example, a novice barber (a specialist who cuts and shaves :)) is looking for a cheaper room, because the main thing for him is a good tool, a good chair and good lighting. He is ready to invest money in this. In his head, the business model of a “barbershop” consists of what he sees and does (from a product or service that he provides), and only then, somewhere money should appear.
What if you look for and attract money?

Let's just assume for a moment that you started to solve this problem the way an entrepreneur solves it. If you open a barbershop looking for the amount of money you need for this, most likely you are no longer saving on the room. You choose the perfect place: with a large flow of clients, in a good area. You don't skimp on the key things on which your profit depends.

And these are completely different questions that were not initially on the mind of a novice barber simply because his thinking model is different. He focuses on how to provide a service, or how to produce a product of a certain quality level. He doesn’t think where to get money for which you can hire more professional specialists, rent the best premises and not skimp on the comfort of clients.

Just an example of why one business will close and another one will survive. They are laid out differently from the start. There are people with different mindset: the mindset of a Specialist and the mindset of an Entrepreneur.
How can you open the barbershop story in a different manner?

How can you open the barbershop story in a different manner?
Entrepreneurs and businessmen are not born, they become such
Someone becomes an entrepreneur, because he was born in a family where there were no other options, where dad initially told mom, sitting in the kitchen, "I found a new place for our 15th barbershop."

The child sits and understands what needs to be done - to look for the 15th place. Mom asks dad, "Where are we going to get the money?" And dad replies, "Money is not a problem, I will find it, let's go and see the place."

The child sits and hears: money is not a problem, you need to find a place, find funds, start a business. This is one example.
A person can gradually, step by step, reformat his thinking, and by going to this page, having read up to this point, you have already started your upgrade, and whether it will be possible to change your settings completely - time and your efforts will show.
Here’s another example: we sit and hear that there is no money, there is not enough money, there is not enough money for anything, we cannot buy this for you now, because there is no money, and hey, you have some pocket money, your grandmother has given it to you, give it to us, please, we might return it to you later.

What we invest in our children now, they will do later. What they hear now, they will then repeat to themselves.

Our experience is a very big problem for our children. This must be changed.
What does Tetics
Business School offer?
For students from 14 to 114 years old, it gives the possibility to significantly change the way of thinking and shift their understanding towards business.
1
This program is about changes, about step-by-step, calm, safe, small transformations, about changes in your zone of proximal development.
2
Now you are in some kind of life situation that you understand. But what will happen if we take a step aside from our usual thinking and actions? Look at business from the outside and do it through the eyes of an entrepreneur. You can always return to your usual patterns of thinking and nothing terrible or catastrophic will happen. But if it worked out, it’s great. Let’s move on.
3
This system will give you the opportunity to slowly soak with some idea, in order to allow changes in your own mindset in fundamental issues.
For 12 months, 2 times a week, you will be doing these "steps aside" in the format of video tutorials.
Gradually plunging into or peeping into the world in which there are businessmen, entrepreneurs and TOP-managers.
Simultaneously, you will move along your personal plan: a plan of changes and transformations, breaking down a large number of changes in your head into small and understandable components. You will do it until the point where you can take action, being in your current position and with the resources available to you.

Why it works

What business courses say now is, “You just need to take the courage and take the first step! Everything will start to work out for you, because no one does it, but you will. "
Taking the first step is cool and really important, but such a scheme works exactly until the first difficulties occur. When you work for the first month, and you do not succeed as you were told at the courses, you say, "Your stupid courses do not work at all." Most likely, you took this step without changing the attitude in your head regarding where you want to step.

A human is a stable model. He is not able to change quickly.

Our experience says that it takes from six months to two years to change the mindset.
It is not one step that is needed - multiple steps are needed. Simple sequential steps to the zone of proximal change.

Sometimes you really want to try something new without giving up everything you are doing now. You would like to try to look into something else, without deleting from your life the main source of income - your work.

It is such people that our project will be useful for. For those who understand that they will not open their own business with a dash. For those who want an easier, better and more effective communication with people with an entrepreneurial mindset. And, of course, for those who somehow decided for themselves that "I still want a business."

This is a step-by-step system of "drip irrigation", impregnation with the right ideas, which will gradually sprout, changing the way we think.
