Business mindset upgrade program

Why are WE talking about it?
We started the business 10 years ago and it worked out.

The Tetics School Founders Alex Orlov and Slava Pankratov came from IT, where they made their engineering and managerial careers.

When an engineer does business, and it's not just an interesting application that “hits the charts” — it's always an interesting story. When a 100% introverted person becomes public and chooses a profession related to speaking and working with large audiences, most likely it’s a result of systematic and consistent changes.

Entrepreneurs and businessmen aren't born that way, they become so.
Is it possible to learn to think in another way?

Yes, it is. You have already done this several times. For example, the moment you began to live independently and began not only to come home after school or college but to provide for yourself and earn your living. This is a very important and difficult change: "I am provided for by my parents" or "I live by my own and am responsible for myself."

It may sound a bit cynical, but not all adults have gone through this change and still believe that someone should provide for them. You've probably met such people and noticed this behavior. As if people live in a different world, with different laws.

A person with a mindset of an individual contributor can be perceived approximately in the same way by those who manage him/her. This is just a different logic and if it does not converge, no one will offer you positions related to management and leadership.

The same problem happens when people doing business are faced with the impenetrable mindset of a hired employee. You seem to do everything that is required of you, but you think differently and you are unlikely to be offered positions related to business and money.
Why do 8 or 9 startups fail in the first or second year? If we assume that startups are made by people with one mindset, and a different mindset is needed to survive in business, everything falls into place. This is not even a story about new or missing knowledge. This is a question of how an entrepreneur thinks. And the missing knowledge or skills can always be found in the job market.
How does it all happen? What's “under the hood” of this program? What do we study?
We have lived for a long time in the world of skills. When saying “we”, we mean you and us — we, the authors of this program, have also spent much time trying to solve all our financial and operational issues by gaining new knowledge and acquiring new skills.

And although the role of skills should not be underestimated, new skills will not always allow you to change the type and essence of your activity.
To get what you haven’t had before, you need to start doing what you haven't done before. Our actions are the result of the way we think. And we do things the way we think about them. If the task is forced on you you do it trying to minimize energy consumption.

If we enter the transformation program expecting to be taught (we sit - we are taught), we will expect that changes will occur on their own (we sit - they occur).
It doesn't work that way.

This program is based on 2 principles:
1) The brain which is thoroughly stretched by a new idea or concept, does not return to its previous state
2) Changes occur in the zone of proximal development
Hence, the following are two main mechanics of this program:
1) Concepts and ideas instead of memorizing the definitions
2) The shift in thinking does not happen in 2-3-5 days or weeks: changes take time

Live Q&A session 1 every fortnight with course coaches. The opportunity to ask a question or share your observations online.
Upgrade thinking
+ your business plan
at the exit
Your personal thinking upgrade platform is "doing what you do when and how you say. I think and manage my time" , until "I make my own decisions, manage resources and risks. I think and manage money."
For 12 months, 2 times a week, you will be doing these "steps aside" in the format of video tutorials.
Gradually plunging into or peeping into the world in which there are businessmen, entrepreneurs and TOP-managers.
All our materials are intended for individual training and usage in personal practice. All materials will be stored in your personal account and available at any time of your training.
Why it works?
Taking the first step is cool and really important, but such a scheme works exactly until the first difficulties occur. When you work for the first month, and you do not succeed as you were told at the courses, you say, "Your stupid courses do not work at all." Most likely, you took this step without changing the attitude in your head regarding where you want to step.
A human is a stable model.
He is not able to change quickly.
Our experience says that it takes from six months to two years to change the mindset.
It is not one step that is needed - multiple steps are needed. Simple sequential steps to the zone of proximal change.

This is a step-by-step system of "drip irrigation", impregnation with the right ideas, which will gradually sprout, changing the way we think.

Business? Again?
Is "Business Youth" haunting you? :)
We do not teach you how to start a business after two-day training. Because you won't start your own business after two-day training.

A person can be “energized” at a training or conference, people then quit their job and rent a room for a “hookah”. And then there is a rollback from the previous thinking model and the business does not succeed "for some reason".

We do not teach "how to stop being afraid and jump without a parachute." We will try to master the thinking of those who "constantly jump" and understand that "jumping without a parachute" does not work.
We don’t give you any guarantees that you will have your own business or will be hired, for example, as a Director of Business Development. Because the main thing in this program is the change in the way you think. And it happens only in your head and we do not know 100% working methods to "tighten the necessary screws".

This is not about the checklist "How to start a business in 14 days". This Program is about changes in the head to get closer to those who do their own business. To start thinking as entrepreneurs do and make a conscious decision “Yes, I understand what business is and I want to try”.
