FULL EVENT PASS + RECORDINGS OF ALL SPEECHES ($79)

This is our first multi-layered event examining business and its problems in separate segments. We will begin by looking at team processes, then move on to project processes and company management. Finally we’ll analyze some of the key challenges associated with managing the most valuable resource of any business, its people.

The program includes presentations from the School’s coaches and key guest speakers. We will explore the necessity of every team member developing a complex understanding of his place in the system and the processes in which he is involved, in order that outcomes can be achieved.

In our training sessions and presentations, we emphasise that without having an idea of the challenges and tasks performed by our colleagues in associated departments, we cannot provide effective solutions.

We will look at the specialist’s role in the future. The “T-shape” model has been around for several decades, and is defined as a specialist who is an expert in his field, and at the same time (the horizontal line of the “T”), is capable of understanding the working environment around him.

We believe that it is important for the "T-shape" specialist to take the time to investigate adjacent areas, even if they will not be working in those fields.
